Hence I am here before giving up fully I would love your opinion how to improve my store. I do have occasional sales which makes me excited this then helps me to continue to improve the store in some ways I know best and not give up. I am using google to drive traffic to my store, however I am receiving a lot of abandoned carts and no sales. I used the template to create my website from Shopify and I don’t know how to improve it, as I am not very tech savvy. Sometimes I fall short and go in loss due to cost of the product increased or shipping. I mark up my products by 30% as recommended on the research I found on the web. I would remove those product from the store if I received alot complaints regarding quality of the product. The other issue was products were not of quality, regardless looking great via pictures, I would then refund the customer to retain good customer service. This week I’ve added CJDropshipping and Syncee to my store (due to shorter shipping times and using Australia base warehouse), as when my products were being shipped from AliExpress it was taking a long time thus increasing customer enquiries regarding when will they will receive their products, despite having tracking, as the tracking information from Shopify would not state where the package is. I am using DSERS, CJDropshipping and Syncee to import my products. Hence I have a bit of everything which could be a problem, but I have tried connecting my collections to what my homewares store is about but now it’s become generalised. I don’t know how I can put together creating the zen living with Boho decor. I became passionate about creating my store for homewares with boho decor along with crystals and more. I created my store back in March with no knowledge how to create a website or do e-commerce online. I appreciate your feedback regardless positive or negative as this is the only way to improve.
